I have been taking a stick every morning on an empty stomach for 3 months and, from the end of the first month, I noticed a very, very clear improvement in my skin quality on the thighs, buttocks and back of the arms (I am a pharmacist, I am 50 years old, 1.77m and 67 kg but I have diffuse and hardened cellulite in these areas): my skin which was dry, hard and mottled in these areas ("orange and orange peel). strawberry") is now much softer, smooth, supple and uniform.
