REFUND & RETURN POLICY Last updated: May 2026

1. Scope This policy applies to purchases made directly on mypureskin.us. For purchases made through an authorized reseller, please contact the reseller directly — their own return policy applies.

2. Our products — important notice MyPureSkin products are ingestible food supplements. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened products, regardless of the reason, including taste, texture, or personal preference. These are subjective experiences that do not constitute a product defect.

3. Eligible for a full refund You may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived damaged or visibly defective upon delivery
  • Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)

To be eligible, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

4. How to request a refund Contact us at info@mypureskin.us within 14 days of your delivery date. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photo evidence where applicable (damaged packaging, wrong item)

We will respond within 3 business days.

5. Refund process Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Chargebacks We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a dispute with their bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
